Ken Otto is the Executive Vice President, Eastern Region
for Boston Pizza International. Ken is responsible for all of Boston
Pizza’s operations in Eastern Canada and is also involved in the
company’s Canadian strategic planning and development activities.
Prior to joining Boston Pizza, Ken was the COO of the Airport Terminal
Restaurants Division of Cara Operations. Ken also held senior leadership
positions with Moxie’s Restaurants in Calgary. Ken’s track
record is rounded off with 6 years of consulting to the hospitality industry
with Price Waterhouse, Laventhol and Horwath and PKF.
With 300 restaurants spanning Canada, Boston Pizza is Canada’s
largest and fastest growing casual dining restaurant brand. Their commitment
to guest service is evidenced in leading restaurant sales growth and
being the beneficiary of numerous awards including Canada’s 50
