Michael Grenier is President of Pagebrook Inc., a privately held real estate development company pursuing resort opportunities in British Columbia and in other North American locations.

In 1995 Pagebrook acquired the scenic 18,000 acre Six Mile Ranch, located west of the City of Kamloops. Mr. Grenier subsequently relocated to BC to shepherd comprehensive plans for the property, through a lengthy series of regulatory and legal processes. With the assistance of many talented and dedicated individuals, Mr. Grenier now oversees the sales, marketing and construction of the resort community known today as Tobiano.

Pagebrook Inc. has developed several thousand apartment, hotel and condominium suites in Canada and the United States since 1978. Mr. Grenier has held positions of responsibility in property management, finance and project development, since joining the firm in 1982.
