Bob McGrath
Bob McGrath, RRP, is Vice President, Business Development for Group RCI. Based in Las Vegas, he and his team are dedicated to providing outstanding affiliation, sales, marketing and operational support to affiliated resort and resort-community developers in both the RCI Exchange Network, and The Registry Collection. Bob has spent the last 16 years in the shared ownership and resort development fields, becoming an acknowledged leader while assuming positions of increasing responsibility in the administrative, operational, program design, and sales and marketing arenas for vacation ownership industry giants such as Group RCI, Starwood Vacation Ownership, Interval International, Kosmas Group International, and Celebrity Resorts. Bob has been awarded the American Resort Development Association’s (ARDA) highest professional designation – Registered Resort Professional (RRP). He has been an invited speaker at numerous industry conferences, and guest lecturer on the Vacation Ownership Industry at The University of Central Florida’s Rosen School of Hospitality and Florida Gulf Coast University. Bob holds real estate licenses in multiple U.S.states, and is a member of several civic organizations including Rotary International. Bob lives in Las Vegas, NV with his wife, Donna, and their two children Abigail, age 8, and Rachel, age 6.
