As a Director of PKF Consulting, Beth Walters has been responsible for the PKF Consulting practice in Western Canada since the 1980’s, providing strategic planning and development assistance, management advisory assistance and valuation/appraisals for hotels, and other hospitality real estate businesses.
Her practice includes a wide variety of public and private sector work, focusing on feasibility analysis, valuations and the provision of advisory services related to hotel leases, franchise related subjects, negotiation of management contracts and other aspects.
