- 1980; Moved to Calgary and specialized in inner city real estate.
- 1990; Anticipating an emerging inner city condo market, created Buss Marketing to provide the Calgary multi-family development community with specialized services.
- 2000, anticipating an emerging resort market, opened The Condo Gallery, a retail store in Calgary featuring 20 resort developments located in vacation areas.
- 2009, Buss Marketing continues to provide the urban and resort development community with market research, design consulting, marketing services and sales organization.
- 2009 brought Kennedy Wilson Auction Group, the world’s largest real estate auction company, to Canada to provide Developers with a highly successful sales vehicle that works extremely well under current market conditions.
