Lucie Gagné, Vice President, Business Development for
Canada with Group RCI. Based in Toronto, she and her team are dedicated to
affiliating properties, providing sales, marketing and operational support
to them and expanding, the RCI and Registry Collection exchange networks.
Lucie has been with RCI since 1991 when RCI opened their Canadian office.
She assumed positions of increased responsibility within the company becoming
a leader in the Canadian shared ownership industry. Lucie is a Director of
the Canadian Resort Development Association (CRDA) and she is a member of
the American Resort Development Association (ARDA).
Prior to joining RCI, Lucie spent 3 years at RBC as Sales Manager for Diners’ Club
Corporate Card. In addition, Lucie spent 8 years in the tour operating business
as VP Group tours where she grew Nikka Tours/Japan Canada Travel (JTBI) to
be a leading consolidator for numerous airlines and an inbound/outbound wholesale
agency for groups, affinity and individual travel to Japan and Southeast
Asia. Lucie personally created, sold and escorted numerous tours to Japan,
Asia, Hawaii and Europe.
