Tamara Huculak graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1986
with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in psychology. She continued her studies
at the University of British Columbia where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws
Degree in 1989. Ms. Huculak joined Lando & Company LLP in 1990,
becoming a partner is 1995.
Ms. Huculak is also a registered trademark agent and is a member of the British Columbia Patent and Trademark Association and the Patent & Trademark Institute of Canada. She maintains a practice which emphasizes real estate development (with a focus on hotel and fractional interest developments), business acquisitions and restructuring, leasing, residential conveyancing and mortgages, intellectual property law (including trademark and copyright), wills and estates.
Ms. Huculak is currently active in the Canadian Bar Association's Real Estate Subsection, Patent and Trademark Association of British Columbia and the Patent and Trademark Institute of Canada and is a member of various boards and organizations, including the Vancouver Board of Trade and the Terminal City Club. She is also an active volunteer in our community. Ms. Huculak is active skier, snowmobiler, golfer and white water kayaker. Ms. Huculak is also fluent in the Ukrainian language.
