The Brazeau Reservoir is located 2 hours west of Edmonton and just 30 minutes west of Drayton Valley, amid a vast boreal forest of crown land surrounding a large fresh water reservoir. For the first time this area of crown land is being opened up for commercial tourism opportunities, as a partnership between Brazeau County and the Province of Alberta.
