Cancellations and No-Shows
A written notice is required indicating your intent to cancel. Substitutions are accepted up to the day of the conference. Cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 20% of your conference registration fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after March 12, 2011, or for conference ‘no shows’. Please send all cancellations to sandyyong@bigpictureconferences.ca.
