Jonathan has spent his career in the hospitality industry,with experience in a diversity of operations and operating companies. Born in Yorkshire, England, Jonathan is a graduate of Huddersfield University in Hotel Administration. He trained with Trust House Forte and Kingsmead Hotels and emigrated to Canada to join Commonwealth Hospitality and subsequently the Intercontinental Management group. He is currently the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Kitchener-Waterloo Hotel and Conference Centre which is owned and operated by Fortis Properties Corporation. A passionate hotelier, and a strong operations manager, Jonathan prides himself in the quality of his team, product and guest service. Jonathan has experience in multi-brand operations, acquisitions, property sales, re-positioning and re-development. |
