Registration for the 2009 Conference is open to Members and Non-Members of Hotel Association of Canada (HAC).

Includes: opening reception, conference sessions, breakfast, lunch and conference roster.

Cancellations and No- Shows

A written notice is required indicating your intent to cancel. Substitutions are accepted up to the day of the conference. Cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 20% of your conference registration fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after January 10, 2009, or for conference 'no shows'. Please send all cancellations to orieberlasso@bigpictureconferences.ca.

Accommodations

The Hilton Toronto Hotel has been designated the official host hotel for the HAC 2009 Annual Conference. The HAC Board of Directors Meeting, HAC Annual General Meeting, HAC Conference sessions, HAC Hall of Fame Awards Reception and Dinner will all take place at the hotel.

To take advantage of the special HAC convention rates, you must make your hotel reservation before February 6, 2009. After February 6, 2009, the official HAC room block will be released and the hotel may charge significantly higher rates. Reservations can be made by contacting the Hilton Toronto Hotel directly through their local or 1-800 number. Please quote Hotel Association of Canada Annual Conference 2009 to receive the conference rate and be sure to record your confirmation number.
