She has an extraordinary cross-functional management background with a documented record of increasing sales, market penetration, and delivering superlative customer service. She's a catalyst for positive change and provides leadership based on infusing organizations with customer-centric policies with service as the top priority.
Recognized as the ‘Master of the Guest Experience’, she and her team at the Syer Hospitality Group Inc. work with the industry’s most respected brands of hotels and resorts to perform Quality Assurance Evaluations and Customized Training Solutions. She works with clients to ensure they are creating a memorable guest experience for their guests that will have them coming back for more.

A former Director of Sales & Marketing with Sheraton Hotels, and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for GGS Holdings Inc. (hotel management company), her honours include Sheraton Canada's Sales & Marketing Award, Sheraton’s Manager of the Year and numerous Adrian Advertising Awards from HSMAI (Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International). In addition, she was recognized with the prestigious Greater Hamilton Economic Development Lifetime Achievement Award.
