Manager, Food and Beverage Operations
Born and raised in Pictou, Nova Scotia, Denise Works began traveling
with her father at a very early age and her interest in the hospitality
industry quickly flourished with each hotel she visited.
With over 15 years of industry experience, Works
is currently the Manager of Food and Beverage Operations based
out of the Delta Hotels corporate office in Toronto. In this
role, she is responsible for national standards implementation
and training initiatives, as well as assisting with brand transitions
and hotel openings.
Preceding her role at Delta’s corporate
office, Works demonstrated a passion for hotel operations, moving
from concierge services to sales and then to food and beverage.
She progressed through a number of management positions at various
hotel brands in Atlantic Canada, which include the Delta hotel
in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Centennial Hotels, and Silver Birch
Hotels and Resorts (formerly known as CHIP Hospitality).
