Central Park Arena + Centennial Aquatic Centre, Collingwood, ON
Project Role: Director Design + Build

Description: Design + Build of a new NHL sized public area facility and new 25M pool, therapy pool aquatic centre.
Client: Ron Martin, Town of Collingwood. Completed in 2013.

Thompson Hotel, Toronto, ON
Project Role: Owner’s Project Manager, Design, Procurement
Project Value: $41,000,000.00
Description: Serve as development manager representing the owners of a new 102 room boutique hotel, banquet spaces, 2 restaurants, night club, theatre and all public spaces.
Client: Peter Freed & Tony Cohen, 551 Hotel Development Inc. Completed in 2008.

Soho Metropolitan Hotel & Residences , Toronto, ON
Project Role: Design, Project Management, Procurement
Project Value: $35,000,000.00
Description: Design and management of a new 87 room hotel, 50 Suite Residences banquet spaces, 2 restaurants and all public spaces.
Client: Henry Wu/Bruce Greenberg, Sohomet Hotel. Completed in 2004.
