Vice President of Club Operations
Three Sisters Mountain Village
Greg Andrew is the Vice President of Club
Operations at Three Sisters Mountain Village that currently operates
Stewart Creek Golf & C.C.
and Three Sisters Resort Course (Scheduled to open 2010). Greg
has over twenty five years of experience in the
golf industry in both Golf Professional and Club Management capacities.
Greg arrived in Canmore in 1998 as Director
of Golf Operations/GM with Stonecreek Properties, developer of the
SilverTip Golf Resort. Greg
was responsible for developing a strong team that
managed all facets of the operation including the grand opening of
the facility and positioned the club as a premier golf facility in
Prior to his move to Canmore, Greg was Director
of Golf Operations with Paradise Canyon Golf Resort. During his tenure, his team
established the facility as a 4 star property. The club hosted
several national golf events and both a Canadian Tour Event and PGA
Skins game. In 1994, Greg and his team won the Alberta PGA
Merchandiser of the Year award.
Throughout his career, Greg has maintained
a close relationship with various organizations promoting the game
of golf, the golf business and the development industry. He has participated in the management
groups of Three Sisters Mountain Village, Stonecreek Properties and
Paradise Canyon Resort. He served on the Alberta PGA board of
directors from 1995-1997. He has worked with additional golf courses
consulting on operations and has been a guest speaker at the Lethbridge
Community College in the Golf program. Greg currently holds membership
in the Canadian Professional Golfers Association, Canadian Society of
Club Managers and the National Golf Course Owners Association. Before
entering the golf business, Greg attended the University
of Calgary and SAIT studying general business.
Today, Greg lives in Canmore with his wife
(of 21 years), Dotti and their two children, Megan and Matt. They
enjoy golf, skiing, hiking, fishing and most other outdoor pursuits.
