Mark has been in the real estate marketing and sales business for since 1987. Initially he was one of the top residential sales people in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada. He subsequently moved to Vancouver, B.C. and built successful personal businesses in both traditional and project real estate sales. His experience in project sales includes whole ownership condominiums and land sales, condo hotels and shared ownership (fractional) projects.
Ten years ago Mark chose to focus on the resort real estate business. He became much in demand as a project sales launch specialist and worked on a variety of projects in Fernie British Columbia and in the U.S., on Intrawest projects at Snowshoe WV and Mammoth California. Mark worked with Maverick Real Estate Corporation firstly as Director of Sales and Marketing (Resort Real Estate Division) in 1999 and 2000 and helped grow Maverick's operations in the U.S. significantly. He then advanced to the position of Vice President of marketing and sales Western US Resort division in 2001 until joining Mountain Springs as Vice President of Real Estate Marketing and Sales in Spring 2003 where he was responsible for overseeing the Real Estate marketing and sales programs for both Kirkwood Mountain Resort and Durango Mountain Resort.
In 2004 Mark became the Vice President of Real Estate Marketing and Sales the Club at Spanish Peaks in Big Sky MT, where he and his team achieved over $100MM in real estate and club membership sales in their opening year. In 2005 Mark decided to start his own boutique real estate brokerage focusing on lifestyle and recreational real estate marketing and sales. Mark has been and continues to be involved with all aspects of community planning and design, strategic marketing, sales and sales operations management gained by his involvement with over 35 projects, with sales in excess of $1billion. Notable clients have been Tamarack Resort ID and Revelstoke Mountain Resort BC. Epic is a licensed Real Estate brokerage in British Columbia and California.
Mark is 46 years old lives between Kelowna BC and Lake Tahoe NV.
