Executive Vice President of Marketing | Boston Pizza
A marketing professional with over two decades of experience, Steve joined Boston Pizza International as Executive Vice President, Marketing, in February 2009.
Since joining Boston Pizza, Steve and his team have contributed to many award-winning advertising campaigns including, CMA Awards in 2013 and 2014, Cassie Awards in 2012, 2013 and 2014, and Effie Awards in 2012 and 2013. He was also named Strategy Magazine’s, Marketer of the Year, in 2011.
Steve started his career at Procter & Gamble in the Beauty Care division responsible for re-launching Pantene Pro-V into Canada's leading shampoo brand. Following P&G, Steve worked for Pepsi-Cola Canada where he lead the re-positioning of 7UP achieving record growth and award winning advertising at Cannes, the industry's premier awards show. Steve spent 8 years at Labatt Breweries of Canada in leadership roles on almost all of their brands as well as two years leading long-range strategic planning reporting to the CFO. Prior to joining Boston Pizza International, he spent three years at Cossette Communications working with clients that included General Mills, Shoppers Drug Mart, Coca-Cola, and P&G.
Born and raised in Montreal, Steve re-located to Toronto after graduating from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1989. As passionate as he is about great marketing strategies and creative, he is even more proud of his wife, two sons and his beloved Montreal Canadiens.
