Professor McAdams joined the faculty in January of 2009 after more than twenty years leadership experience in the Ontario hospitality industry. After starting his management career in operations and training with Darden Restaurants, McAdams joined Toronto based fine dining company Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants in 1997, serving most recently as it’s Vice President of Operations until 2008
Professor McAdams currently teaches the school’s fourth year ‘capstone’ strategy course, Hospitality Operations Planning. He also teaches Quality Service Management at the MBA level and teaches Leadership to Food and Beverage Management students at George Brown College.
McAdams current research interests and efforts include Restaurant Revenue Management and issues within hospitality education. He was named a fellow of the Ontario Hostelry Institute in 2007. Professor McAdams can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
