No stranger to Coast’s focus on driving strong return for its partners, Wendy rejoins the hotel group after an 18-year hiatus to oversee Coast Hotel's distribution channels, pricing and in-house call centre, as well as revenue analysis, business evaluation and budgeting to maximize return for Coast and its partners.
Wendy brings a depth of expertise in hospitality revenue management complemented with experience in sales, marketing and human resources. Most recently she spent eight years with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts as Area Director, Revenue Management overseeing their three downtown Vancouver properties. Wendy is also a part-time instructor for Vancouver Community College's Bachelor of Hospitality Management Program, where she enlightens students on the intricacies of revenue management.

Wendy started her career as Director of Sales for the Coast Harbourside Hotel in Victoria before being promoted to Director of Association Sales at Coast Hotels head office. She also served as Director of Sales with CP Hotels in Alberta, and Director, Human Resources & Marketing for Innovative Hospitality Solutions, who provide information systems consulting to the international hospitality industry.
Wendy holds a Bachelor of Hospitality from Vancouver Community College, a Professional Human Resource Management Certificate from Seattle Pacific University, and a Hotel and Restaurant Management diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
A Calgary native, Wendy and her husband have called Vancouver home for 18 years, where they balance culinary pursuits with exploring the City’s neighbourhoods, gardens, parks and attractions.
