In November 2000, he was appointed Senior Vice President of Operations at the company’s corporate office. He became President of Delta Hotels in July 2006, and in December 2007, his role expanded with the additional responsibility of Chief Operating Officer. In January 2009, Hank was appointed to Chief Executive Officer.

Hank is passionate about community involvement and has driven the development of the company’s corporate social responsibility program, Delta Helps. He was instrumental in creating Delta’s new national partnership with Habitat for Humanity Canada, and the chain’s national sustainability program, Delta Greens.
