Cafe Boulud & dbar Assistant Manager | Four Seasons Hotel Toronto
Jamie Knoepfli is currently an Assistant Manager in the F&B Department at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, specifically at café Boulud & dbar. Jamie has been working for the Four Seasons for just over a year. Prior to this job, he was a manager at Earls Kitchen & Bar downtown Toronto at the corner of King and York Street. Jamie completed his education at the University of Guelph in the Hotel and Food Administration program graduating in the spring of 2013. During his tenure he also participated in a yearlong cooperative education program with Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants where he was able to learn the operation and gain practical experience. Jamie was also a member of HAC – the Guelph Student Chapter, while in his third year of school. Additionally he held many positions on school committees such as the student run organization, HTMSA. Post University, he had the opportunity to travel to South East Asia for a few months before building his career full time.
