Stacey Hansson has been an integral part of Ricky’s Family-Style Restaurants executive management team for over 13 years. In her current role of Senior Vice-Present she is responsible for the restaurant operations of 85 (and growing) restaurants including 19 hotel locations. With her over 36 years of restaurant experience, Stacey is continually raising the bar on brand standards through ensuring franchisee compliance, improvement of systems, constant innovation of menu management and training programs, and facilitating business reviews to keep franchisees financially healthy.
Stacey’s expertise extends to franchise development of new restaurants throughout Canada, with a focus on the key audience of hotel groups. She is dedicated to working with hoteliers to provide a customized offering that works for their business, from design and construction to menu development to marketing programs. All while building the Ricky’s brand through maintaining and improving franchise relations and managing a team of passionate, motivated Franchise District Managers.
