Jeremy Ball

Principal of Spiral Hospitality Group Inc., Jeremy Ball has twenty five years of experience working within and consulting to corporations, small businesses, government agencies and not-for-profit organisations.

Jeremy has extensive experience working in the Hotel and Resort sector including his ten-year role as British Columbia’s Director of Training & Development for Canadian Pacific Hotels & Resorts (now operating as Fairmont). In 1999, Jeremy formed Spiral Hospitality Group Inc., a company that focuses on the cultural, interpersonal, and performance management aspects of organisational effectiveness. His core area of expertise is supporting organizations and managers in creating engaging workplaces where employees “look forward to coming to work”. Jeremy also works with small, medium, and large resorts, assisting in the process of developing guest-focused cultures.

As a facilitator, Jeremy provides a variety of customised programs to his clients including The Engaged Leader program, Service Excellence, Strategic Planning meetings & retreats, and Team Development Retreats.

Over the last five years Jeremy has worked extensively with strata resorts, establishing property management and rental management programs. He is a partner and Managing Director of La Casa Management Co, a strata resort management company currently operating La Casa Cottage Resort in the Okanagan.

As a Human Resource generalist, Jeremy also provides support to companies in regards to Recruitment & Selection, 360 Feedback, and Employee Satisfaction Surveys. He oversees the Human Resource Department at Ryan Vending.
