Andrew has over 15 years’ experience in the inbound tourism sector. As the COO of MLI he oversees operations that brings international high school students to Canada to study in academic year, or customized programmes, integrating them into Canadian homes and communities, while providing them an opportunity to improve their English language skills.
Prior to joining MLI, Andrew was the Vice President & General Manager of Jonview Canada, the largest inbound tour operator in Canada, and part of the Transat AT group. While at Jonview Andrew held a variety of senior positions in Sales, Contracting & Product and Operations.
Andrew has been a contributing member to the tourism industry and is currently the Chair of the Board of the Tourism Industry Association of Canada (TIAC) and is a past Chair of the Brand Experiences Advisory Committee at the Canadian Tourism Commission, now Destination Canada.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario and lives in Toronto and with his wife, two children, and their dog Stella and is actively involved in the local community.
